Profile:

Ricardo Blanco is a version or translation of poet, novelist and translator Richard Gwyn. He grew up in Breconshire, Wales, and studied at the LSE. After a decade spent in reckless travel, he returned to Wales and completed a PhD at Cardiff University, where he is now Professor of Creative Writing. His books include The Colour of a Dog Running Away, The Vagabond’s Breakfast, Walking on Bones, and Stowaway: A Levantine Adventure.
